Shipping Methods
Flat Rate Shipping

Our flat rate shipping rate is for orders up to one pound (16 oz) within the U.S.
Your package may be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS.
If you choose to ship via UPS, remember to specify an actual delivery address, not a P.O. Box.

Shipping Time
Wild Hawk Coffee Company wants you to have the best quality, freshest coffee possible. Coffee is shipped the next business day after you place an order. Orders will typically arrive between 2 and 6 days, depending on location.

If you order a product that is an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the date it will be roasted (typically the same week).

Shipping to another address:
If you are ordering coffee to be sent to someone other than yourself, please be careful to note the shipping address for your order (different than billing address). To send to more than one recipient, please create separate orders for each shipment.

Where We Don't Ship
At this time, we are not regularly shipping outside of the continental United States. If you have a special need or request, please contact us via email and we will try to assist you.

Product Freshness:
Our coffee is bagged immediately after roasting. If kept sealed the coffee beans will remain fresh 4 to 5 weeks after roasting. Reseal the bag carefully each time you use beans. If you do not plan to use most of your coffee within a week or so, we recommend storing the beans in an airtight container. Grind your beans right before brewing your coffee.

If you find that a coffee you selected is not matching our description, let us know. Different people do taste things differently - so if something seems wrong - we will verify that you received the correct coffee and that there was no mistake in packaging the coffee. Sometimes a small change in brewing method can make a big difference in how the coffee tastes. Derrick does stand by his reviews - though that does not mean you will taste the same things as Derrick does.
