Sidamo is an Ethiopian coffee but quite different from the more widely-known Yirgacheffe. Sidamo is sweet and fruity with just a hint of citrus. Don't dismiss this coffee because of other Sidamos you may have had in the past. Our method of roasting balances the acidity and brings the wonderful flavor out in this great coffee.
